What is The Fitwell Method

My background in fitness began early. What started as a pursuit to become stronger for ice hockey led me to compete at the Division I and professional level. For years, I understood fitness through the lens of performance, discipline, and pushing limits. But everything changed in the summer of 2024.

After experiencing unexpected health challenges, I spent nearly a year navigating limited mobility. For the first time, fitness was no longer about performance, the focus was now restoration. I had to rebuild my body from the ground up through mobility, corrective movement, and patience. That season reshaped everything. T

Today, my work is centered around women and men who feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by information, discouraged by past attempts, and unsure where to begin again. The Fitwell Method is intentionally different. This is not about intensity or quick results. It’s about creating a space where the client feel seen, supported, and guided through a process that meets them exactly where they are.

Through personalized 1:1 coaching and thoughtfully designed small group training, we focus on rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and reestablishing confidence in a way that is sustainable. Because true progress isn’t built through pressure, it’s built through trust.

Outside of my work, I am a mother first. The same presence I bring to my clients is how I show up at home steady, supportive, and grounded. When my children face challenges, my role is not to rush or fix, but to help them believe they will get through it, even when they cannot yet see the way forward. That belief carries into everything I do.

The vision for The Fitwell Method extends beyond individual sessions. We are building a connected, supportive community both in-person and online where everyone no longer feels alone in their journey, and where growth is shared, encouraged, and sustained.
